Felt like literal family dentistry!!!

As a person who spends lots of time in dental offices, all I can say is: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. First of all, they have no sense of time. They will schedule you an appointment for 2PM, but you will end up seeing the dentist at 3PM. If you have insurance, they charge you twice the amount. This is scamming. The clinic is not clean at all. The chances of you contracting a disease is not low at all. They will add up these prices until all your procedure is done, and when you go to the desk they will show you this invoice which makes no sense at all. Their management skills are 0. They have no clue what is going on or who is coming or who is next. If you want to waste your money and have the worst possible experience, please do visit this clinic. Their team is horribly inexperienced. And they DO NOT care about you as a patient. Huge respect to healthcare workers, however when you see that they don’t care about you as a patient, it is very sad. Please save your time and money, do not go to this clinic. Absolute disaster.

I had to pay about 92 bucks from my pocket. I told them very clearly that I came only for dental cleaning, yet they added more services such as flouride treatment, polishing and billed separately for them. I did my dental cleaning from Humber college last year and they told me upfront of any additional expenses before my treatment. They only added services after taking my consent. I felt Rowntree Gate people lacked that professionalism. I would not suggest anyone to do their dental cleaning from this place.

Rowntree Gate Dental is the best they really knows how to make the clients comfortable, the doctor is amazing, she knows her job!

It was my first visit and the process was smooth and efficient. Dental hygienist and Dr was very careful and advised accordingly. Highlt recommended

Scammers! This place is literally not real. Billed my insurance over $400 for service they did not even provide. Went in for a cleaning and all they did was take in x -ray and water floss my teeth. I will NEVERRRRRR go back here.

Best dental office!! This is where my daughter and I do all our dental services, like teeth cleaning and whitening. The staff are very friendly and they provide exceptional service. Would recommend to anyone 🥰
